T-SCAV Scavengers
T-Scav is an innovative technology superior to the current H2S scavenger. T-SCAV is amine-based non-triazine H2S scavenger specifically developed to replace traditional MEA triazine with the cost-effective solution and higher efficiency to remove H2S from natural gas and waste water.
This unique gas sweetening technology can significantly boost production and commercialization of natural gas with striking characters the triazines have been challenged for years, like scaling, fouling, low contact time and thermal degradation.
T-SCAV can be applied in batch reaction towers or can be injected continuously into the gas streams or liquid product systems. The amount of scavenger required depends on the level of H2S in the system and degree of reduction desired.
MEA Triazine
MEA Triazine is the most commonly used liquid non-regenerative H2S scavenger in the world. The oil and gas industry has been used MEA Triazine to remove toxic and corrosive H2S from natural gas, refinery streams and olefins cracker products. MEA Triazine products are readily biodegradable.
Our MEA Triazine line has concentrations of 40, 50, 60% and is formaldehyde-free. Our product quality empowers our triazine to perform better and last longer compare to the equivalents from the competitors due to our distinctive manufacture process.
MMA Triazine
MMA Triazine is used as H2S and mercaptan scavenger especially for liquid hydrocarbon streams as well as for sour gases. MMA Triazine and its reaction products are readily biodegradable.
Carbon Dioxide Scavenger
CO2-SCAV is our unique product to scavenge CO2 from natural gas which is off-spec in CO2 and sent to flare. It provides effective CO2 scrubbing when an amine plant is not available. This product can turn the off-spec disposal gas to valuable in-spec natural gas to pipeline and decrease the impact to the environment. The reaction products are readily biodegradable.
